The NEW Flaming River Silver Bullet drag racing steering box meets the needs of the drag racing market for funny cars (fuel, alcohol, nostalgia), altereds and front-engined nostalgia dragsters. The Silver Bullet steering box is a side steer, Drag Link design with pitman arm for these applications.

The new billet Silver Bullet box is designed to mount into the current steering box chassis location for a perfect fit. The box uses all-new components, is an attractive, highly durable design completely “Made in the USA” at Flaming River’s manufacturing facility.

• CNC-machined aircraft grade billet aluminum housing and cover
• Heat-treated, precision machined high chrome steel pinion
• High tensile strength steel sector shaft and pinion follower
• Housing powder coated, sector shaft black oxide coated
• Tapered roller bearings (top and bottom) on pinion shaft for smooth, precise operation
• Uses special high temperature grease formulated for steering systems
